Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical vision and strategy for the team.
- Solve complex technical challenges and make high-impact decisions.
- Influence and set best practices and coding standards.
- Guide the overall system architecture and ensure long-term technical health.
- Act as a technical advisor and leader within the organization.
- Write, test, and debug software code for new features and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Provide feedback and solutions to improve the products and overall user experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coordinate more junior team members, leveraging their strengths to achieve project goals and helping them develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in any of the following languages and frameworks: React, React Native, nodeJS, or nextJS is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of software architecture design patterns, and experience setting up applications from scratch.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, code versioning tools, package managers, asynchronous request handling, and partial page updates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills.
- A great understanding of platform-level products and how they function at every point
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient communication skills, especially in English.
